Product Introduction & Features
Product Overview: Vacuum tubing is designed using high-vacuum multi-layer insulation technology, consisting of an inner tube, outer tube, and interlayer insulation materials. It is specifically engineered for long-distance transportation of cryogenic liquids (liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, liquefied natural gas, etc.), effectively reducing cold loss and ensuring safe delivery.
Core Advantages
- Ultra-low Cold Loss: Interlayer vacuum degree ≤1×10⁻¹⁰ Pa*m³/s, leakage rate ≤1×10⁻⁸ Pa*m³/s, with no frost formation after 24-hour liquid nitrogen transportation.
- Pressure & Corrosion Resistance: Supports a maximum working pressure of ≤4MPa, compatible with harsh media such as LOX (Liquid Oxygen), LIN (Liquid Nitrogen), and LAr (Liquid Argon).
- Modular Design: Flange/plug-and-play connections enable quick on-site installation and maintenance.
- Eco-friendly & Safe: Made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, compliant with USP VI/USDA standards.

Packaging Method
- Inner Packaging: EPE pearl cotton + air column bag buffering, individually sealed per tube to prevent shock and scratches.
- Outer Packaging: 5-layer BC corrugated cardboard box with wooden frame support inside, max load per box ≤200kg.
- Special Protection: Tube mouth sealed with moisture barrier film + desiccant packets to adapt to high-humidity marine environments.
Storage Guidelines
Environmental Requirements:
- Temperature: 10℃~30℃ (avoid direct sunlight).
- Humidity: ≤60% RH (requires dehumidification equipment).
- Keep away from heat sources ≥2m; no contact with acidic/alkaline substances.
Stacking Specifications:
- Boxes ≥15cm off the ground, with wooden boards between layers.
- Max stack height ≤8 layers (single box weight limit: 200kg).
Shelf Life:
- Standard storage: 24 months (vacuum degree must be checked every 6 months).
- Extended storage: Recheck vacuum degree ≤5×10⁻² Pa before reuse.
